How to set a safe motor Running Current Range?
The actual current of the motor is usually safe within the range of rated current plus 10%. Usually, the rated current of the motor is not the maximum allowable value of the actual current of the motor, but the actual current of the motor cannot exceed the rated current for a long time. If the actual current of the motor exceeds 20% of the rated current, the motor will be overheated and even damaged.
